We offer free delivery on all orders across India, with no minimum order value required.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability. Delivery to metro cities may be faster than delivery to remote locations.

Payment Options

We accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD);
UPI payments;

Cash on Delivery may be subject to availability for certain products or PIN codes.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs and an unboxing video, if available.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return, exchange or refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please refer to our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy for complete eligibility conditions.
